The Integrity & Compliance Task Force Meeting was held on Monday 28th of May in the framework of the OECD Week in Paris.
The session was chaired by Klaus Moosmayer (IC Co-Chair & Siemens Chief Compliance Officer) in representation of George Mandelbaum (IC Chair), alongside Maria Elena Casasnovas (IC Co-Chair & Executive Council Member of Asoc. Cristiana de Dirigentes de Empresa), Sujata Dajal (IC Co-Chair & Vice-President Health Care at Johnson & Johnson), and Paula Morrone (IC Co-Chair & Southern Cone Legal & Business Integrity Director at Unilever Argentina).
The working group continued to develop their policy recommendations. Topics discussed included establishing a transparent agenda for state owned enterprises and the implementation of high standards of ethics and integrity for SOEs.
“A lot has been said and written about integrity & compliance and it has helped put the topic at the centre of the discussion. B20´s challenge is presenting a precise and pragmatic program that can be translated into concrete actions for the public and private sectors. It is very important to strengthen legal security and integrity with education” stated Klaus Moosmayer
The task force will meet again in Buenos Aires on July 20th and will have a special side event session with panels addressing the issues of Advancing Public-Private Collaboration and Empowering Individuals for Impact.
